What happens after you reach out

A call gets you scheduled the fastest, usually while you're still on the phone. The form takes a little longer, since we call you back to confirm the date, the two-hour arrival window, and what you've noticed about the water loss before anything goes on the calendar. Either way, no one shows up unannounced, and no one quotes a repair before a pressure test and dye test confirm exactly where the leak is.

If you can, run a bucket test before we call: mark the water level in a bucket sitting in the pool and mark the pool's own tile line, turn the pump off, and check both again in 24 hours. That single number helps us schedule the right length of visit the first time.

Before you call

What should I have ready when I call or submit the form?

Roughly how fast the water's dropping, whether it's steady or worse after rain, and which of the five cities the pool is in. That's enough for us to book the visit.

Do you come out the same day?

Sometimes, depending on the backlog. Most diagnostics get scheduled within a few business days, sooner during slower stretches and later at the peak of swim season.

Is there a charge just to come look at the pool?

No separate trip charge. The visit is the $295 flat diagnostic, credited to the repair, or free if we can't confirm a leak.

What if I'm outside Lake Jackson, Clute, Angleton, Freeport, or Richwood?

We don't currently run routes outside those five cities. Check the service area page for the exact boundary before you call.

Lake Jackson, Clute, Angleton, Freeport & Richwood

Outside these five cities, we're probably not the right call. Inside them, tell us what the pool is doing and we'll get back to you the same business day.
